Photography & Poster Competition during GP Sri Lanka ’26 – 51st Annual Academic Sessions of the College of General Practitioners of Sri Lanka

Admission Criteria:
• Open to all SLMC-registered doctors
Categories:
1. DSLR Photography
2. Mobile Photography
3. AI-Generated Posters
Deadline for Submission: 30th April 2026
Awards:
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each category will receive awards; the next 3 highest-ranked entries will receive merit certificates.
• First 10 entries will be exhibited at GP Sri Lanka ’26
• Winners will be selected by an expert judge panel appointed by CGPSL, and their decision will be final
• All submissions will undergo a blinded and anonymised evaluation process to ensure fairness and impartiality.
• Awards will be presented on stage during the closing session of the second day
Rules:
• All entries must be relevant to the theme and include a 50–100 word caption explaining what is shown and how it relates to both primary care and planetary health
• Camera settings must be submitted for entries in the DSLR and Mobile photography categories
• Use of Lightroom or similar editing software is allowed
• Softcopy of photos processed to 12 x 18 inches must be submitted to the College via Google form by the deadline
• AI-generated posters must be 12 x 18 inches and include the AI software used and the complete prompt
• Each participant may submit a maximum of two entries
